Weight Loss Drink


First of all the things you will need to make are:

  1. Ginger
  2. Cinnamon
  3. Fennel(sonf)
  4. Honey
  5. Lemon juice
  6. Green Tea of your choice

Take water full of mug, boil this on fire. Garnish or cut ginger and put in the water. Take a half small piece of ginger for men and for women it should be ¼ piece of small ginger. Take 3,4 small pieces of cinnamon sticks and 1 tbsp of fennel seeds and half tbsp of green tea of your choice. When this mixture starts to boil, let this boil for 5 minutes and let it cool down so that it is able to drink. Strain this drink in mug and add half lemon, full lemon will make it bitter to drink. Add 1 tbsp of honey.

    Drink this in the night after dinner but be careful that you can’t eat anything after drinking this. It will lose your so fast that you will notice results in a week and can lost your targeted weight in a month. When you get your targeted weight then you can drink this weight loss drink 3,4 times in a week to maintain weight.
