Simple tips to Lose Weight


Increasing weight is common issue of these days. Our bad habits spoils our body and we don’t even notice until we caught by some serious diseases and other problem. Weigth gain is not only bad for your personality but it is also dangerous for your health. Weight gain stimulates many diseases to grow in your body. It is awkward to face people with a lot of weight. To lose weight, it is not necessary to take medicines or do workout for hours. Here are some tips that will help you to lose weight.
1. Drink plenty of water daily. It will help you loss 8-9 pounds water weight of your body. Drink water before meal it will reduce your hunger. And make you feel full.
2. Drink green tea 2 times a day. It is full of powerful antioxidants. It is good for your health and skin. It helps you to lose weight and burn belly fat.
3. Walk at least for an hour daily. It will speed up your metabolism. Try to take longer step than your usual walk. This will be more beneficial.
4. Eat less. Don’t skip the meal. When you will skip the meal, you are not gonna lose weight. Rather than you will gain weight instead. After skipping the meal, when you eat even a little portion of food. Your body will start to store it and you will gain a lot of weight. So eat your meal in time but in a smaller portion.
5. Avoid junk food. Junk food is hard to digest and harm for health. It also causes of many diseases (high blood pressure, headaches and heart diseases).
6. Eat healthy, eat natural. Try to eat natural food that grow on trees. Fruits, vegetables, milk, eggs etc are best example that you can add in your daily routine to lose weight.
7. Cut out sugar intake in your daily diet. Also remove beverage and cola drinks from your diet.
8. Sleep well for 7-8 hour at night. Lack of sleep causes many health diseases and weight gain. Try to drink milk before sleep. It will help in sleeping well and solve digestion problems. Main thing to stay away from electronics (laptop, mobile) to sleep well.
