These days weight gain is problem of every second person of world. To lose weight peoples do many things. Here is a calories burning drink which will burn your calories without doing workout and exercise. To make this drink you need:

  1. Cucumber
  2. Parsley (ہرا دھنیا)
  3. Lemon
  4. Ginger

Take all these ingredients in blender. Let it blending for 2 minutes.

Consume it daily before going to bed. Besides this you have to follow a balanced diet. Walk at least for an hour. Cut out sugars and soda drinks from your meal.

This drink will boost your metabolism. It will burn belly fat. It also help to digest food better. It is antioxidant and beneficial for aging process too.
