4 Minutes Workout at Home

Spending hours at gym and that don’t give you required result. Here I have a workout plan that will be equivalent to spend 1 hour at gym. This workout is effective and easy and the most important you just have to spend 4 minutes only at home. You can do this in any break it just need your 4 minutes.

  • Lunges 60 sec

  • Pelvic Lift 30sec

  • Mountain Climbers Exercise 30 sec

  • Squats 60 sec

  • Push-ups(for beginner) 60 sec
